Create a path of least resistance between where you are and where you want to be. Identify and eliminate inherited emotional predispositions, blown emotional fuses, and disempowering judgements you have made about yourself and your life.

Quantify your progress so you know how far you have come and what you still need to do.

After my first session with Steven, for the first time in 55 years I no longer feel the burden of grief from my mother and sister’s death. This is something that 2 years of extensive therapy was unable to accomplish. My blood pressure is consistently 20 points lower and no longer spikes. I don’t feel overwhelmed by life anymore.
